My stay at the JW Marriott was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, but I wish there had been a desk to work at. The service was fantastic, with staff surprising us with birthday pastries in the room. The location in Cherry Creek was nice, but it was a bit noisy and overcrowded with outside customers. The dining experience, particularly the authentic Italian pizza, was enjoyable. The facilities were good, though some improvements could be made.
